COMPENSATION
We pay you 50% of our management fee for the first month your client hires us. You get paid when we get paid. So the sooner your client hires us for property management services, the better!
We pay you 30% of the total gross commission earned when we lease any existing vacant unit(s) in your client’s building. Once the tenant is placed in the property the commission is transferred to you.
NON-COMPETE
We specialize in property management. You will be on file next to your client’s name and will remain as the point of contact for any upcoming sale or new purchases. Your clients will feel empowered knowing that they have a specialist in every situation regarding real estate.
EASY FOR YOUR CLIENTS
We provide owners with access to an online portal, powered by Buildium. Owners can login to their account, view financial statements and customizable property reports, make and receive ePayments, view unpaid bills and billing history, approve, reject, and track work orders, and view leases, management agreements, and other documents. Owners can also receive email alerts, notifying them when a tenant makes a payment, when an equity distribution is made to their bank account, when a maintenance request is received, and they can message with members of the St. John Management team.
